A guided mindfulness meditation for all levels. Perfect for beginners!
Class will include:
- A review of mindfulness meditation and its benefits.
- Focus on breath.
- Short practices of 5 to 10 minutes each of guided meditation.
Class is one hour long, and students are welcome to bring yoga mats or blankets to sit on.
Led by Wyatt Ward.
