Guided Meditation Class

Join us for a guided mindfulness meditation for all levels. Perfect for beginners!

Class will include:

  • A review of mindfulness meditation and its benefits.
  • Focus on breath. 
  • Short practices of 5 to 10 minutes each of guided meditation. 

You are welcome to bring yoga mats or blankets to sit on.

Led by Wyatt Ward.
