Join Us for a Free Anti-Bullying Presentation

Presented by young adult novelist Dennis Wise, The Theft of Dignity is an engaging in-person presentation that raises awareness of the challenges teens face with peer bullying.

Dennis draws on examples from popular culture—including movies, TV shows, and novels such as his own book, On Your Side. The goal is to encourage a more respectful community and offer solutions for those experiencing bullying.

This free presentation is open to teens, educators, parents, and any others who wish to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges teens face with peer bullying in their everyday lives while also gaining practical tools to foster positive change.

This program is funded in part by a grant from the Haverhill Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
